Head of Industrial policy unit
Macedonian Ministry of Economy
Jasmina Majstoroska works at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of North Macedonia as a Head of the Industrial Policy Unit. She graduated at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje in 1995, completed her post graduate studies at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Vienna in 1997, and got her PhD at the Institute of Economics in Skopje in 2011.
In the Ministry of Economy she is involved in development and implementation of key strategic documents and programs for economic growth, competitiveness and EU accession (Industrial Strategy, Innovation Strategy, NPAA Chapter 20 and 25, ERP etc.). Currently she is nominated as a Head of the WG for development of Smart Specialization Strategy working closely with JRC in the process of development of the strategy.
She has substantial experience as a Macedonian counterpart in many projects realized with EU, OECD, USAID, GIZ, WB, UNIDO and other.
She is author and co-author of many articles related to the topics of economic growth and structural reforms.
