Andy led the UK Higher Education Academy’s interdisciplinary work on Enterprise from 2007–2011, and was elected in 2010 -2011 to Chair of Enterprise Educators UK, a 100+ University membership body devoted to entrepreneurial education in HE. Andy also led the development of teacher training modalities for 8 countries in South East Europe (SEECEL) and has worked on developing entrepreneurial schools and colleges / HE level creativity at the OECD in Paris. As an extension to this work and funded by the World Bank, he led the development of what is believed to be the first progression mapped compulsory entrepreneurial education in schools in the World. Macedonia now has entrepreneurship in primary and secondary schools as a standard part of the curriculum. Andy has an advisory role at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development and has supervised research projects relate to innovation, and comparative studies of women’s entrepreneurship. In 2016 Andy was named as one of the UK’s top ‘Maserati 100’ entrepreneurs.
